Born to pastoralist parents, his father passed away when he was a young boy. He is from a region that is marginalized due to a hostile climate and intertribal conflict over grazing and water. Mohamed says, “PATHWAYS will assist me to improve my leadership skills and become a resourceful person in my community.”
